The complex underwent a complete restoration and it opened autumn 2010.

It consists of two buildings: a villa with 13 lovely bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom and an ex-barn with huge oak beams and lofty ceilings, that, in case of bad weather it is used for candle-lit dinners.

A winding country road among vineyards and olive groves leads to the property, which is situated within its own gated grounds and gardens.

A private pool, a welcoming barnyard and a manicured garden are part of the property, but the focal point is the spectacular sweeping view over the glorious Tuscan vineyards and the town of San Gimignano.

The beautiful garden offers extensive Mediterranean shrub, rose and lavender gardens, pine and cypress trees.

Ground floor: the spacious ground floor living area opens out through a series of original Tuscan brick archways.

11 lovely double rooms and 2 gorgeous suites. Some of them with the postcard views of San Gimignano towers, some facing over the vineyards and the pool.

The colour washed walls in light pastel tones create an exquisite country feel. The furnishings are in an elegant Tuscan country style with a selected number of antique pieces.
