The villa was property of a noble Florentine family and it has been finely restored in 2003 with care to details and attention at the tradition Tuscan architectural.

As part of the renovation activity a large swimming pool (18x4 mt) has been installed.

The main entrance is controlled by an ancient iron gate with a video camera installed.

Elegant wedding receptions can be held outdoor in the large romantic garden surrounded by olive groves and cypresses or in the main hall for about 30 people.

The villa is structured over 3 floors and it has 9 double rooms and 10 bathrooms.

Ground floor:

The main entrance features a large living room with a billiard table, sitting room with sofas and a comfortable tv room with Satellite, DVD and CD player.

From the living room you can access the kitchen furnished with oven, microwave, large fridge, freezer and dishwasher; the French doors opens on to the gravel terrace, where a long table invites you to dine outdoors; next to the kitchen is a downstairs double bedroom, with ensuite bathroom with shower.

Adjoining this is a service bathroom, comprising toilet and three washbasins.

The laundry is adjacent, with washing-machine, iron and board, and storage room.

Returning to the entrance hall, a stone staircase (with banister) brings you up to the first-floor.

First floor:

The first floor includes 7 double rooms all of them with en-suite bathroom (6 with shower and 1 with a bath). 5 out of the 7 rooms can be used either as twin or double rooms; the remaining 2 are double rooms.

Second floor:

From the upstairs landing, a narrow wooden spiral staircase, securely railed-in with a wrought-iron banister and a security-gate at the top, bring you further to the converted loft. It consists of a delightfully double bedroom (beds can be separated into twins), with large en-suite bathroom with shower.

From the bedroom's French doors you step directly on to a sunny, walled-in balcony, which has a magnificent countryside views.

Elegant paintings and carpets adorn the villa and the soft furnishings are harmoniously coordinated in rich brocade. Many of the bedrooms are furnished with typically Tuscan iron bedsteads, as well as electric fans for summertime use.
