From outside the panorama is amazing and it reaches the many Medieval villages nearby and a bit further, on top of a large hill, Volterra, the ancient Etruscan capital The villa can accommodate up to 20 people (18 +2), but it can be rent either as a whole or divided in 2 units: • Side A – 8 (+2) people • Side B – 10 people The two units can be separated by mean of a panel that split the huge dining rooms at the ground floor. Wedding receptions can be hosted either outdoor in the lovely veranda or in the lawn around the property for up to 100 guests, or indoor in the main lounge rooms for up to 40 people. |
The Villa is divided as follows: Ground floor: two kitchens, 2 double rooms with bathrooms (one with access to the handicapped), 1 separate bathroom for common use, 2 communicating lounge rooms, two fire place, a dining room, Kitchenette/reading room, 1 laundry room. First floor: It is divided into 2 separate areas. The first side has 3 double rooms, each with own bathroom. There is a small sitting room out of one of the bedrooms. Access to this floor can be either from the lounge at the ground floor or using an external stairs. The second side has 4 spacious double rooms with bathroom.
