Tuscany weddings surrounded by poetic vineyards

Among the many Tuscany wedding locations included in our catalog Villa Vernaccia is one of the few able to accommodate either intimate event or large parties. Located in the heart of Chianti region, surrounded by 40 hectares of vineyards that produce superb Chianti, Vernaccia DOCG and Vinsanto DOC, it stands on a gentle hill and it boasts a stunning view.

The villa is part of a countryside hamlet consisting of 3 farmhouses with a view over San Gimignano and Certaldo restored in austere elegant Tuscan architecture enriched with the comfort of today's standard.

Three panoramic swimming pools are located near each venue and are available for the guests.

For a small party (up to 30) receptions and parties can be hosted at Villa Vernaccia; for a bigger group up to 90 people Tuscany wedding ceremonies and receptions are arranged in the panoramic restaurant of the venue or in the outdoor lawn overlooking the vineyards.

Main Villa

After a careful restoration of its original materials such as the classic red "Tuscan tiles" (colored like terracotta) floor and the roof beams of wood, this mansion today presents itself as an ancient house surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and cypresses, with a scenic view on the surrounding medieval villages.

The first floor (with 3 independent entrances) can accommodate from 18 to 25 people in total; it consists of 9 rooms with en-suite bathroom. In particular:

- 4 rooms with private bathroom (from 2+2 people);

- 1 apartment (from 4+2 people) consisting of a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms;

- 1 apartment (from 6+2 people) consisting of kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms;

The ground floor consists of a large living room of about 80 square meters, the fireplace and a large kitchen. A beautiful panoramic terrace with a gazebo for outdoor eating, the barbecue and the swimming pool (7x14 meters) surrounded by vineyards nicely complement the house.

Agriturismo

Renovated in 2005 this farmhouse hosts the reception, internet point, the restaurant and the cellars. 18 rooms with ensuite bathroom, the infinite pool and the terrace are located in this mansion.

8 Apax farmhouse

A typical Tuscan farmhouse with a marvelous view over the glorious Tuscan vineyards.

Renovated in 2007 it hosts 8 classic and superior apartments. Each apartment has a private garden and shares the swimming pool. The apartments vary in size from 1 double bedroom to 4 double bedrooms. All apartments include a kitchen with a fireplace and sofa bed.
