Tracey and Billy-Joe - December 14th, 2012.BY MARCO
The beauty of Rome doesn't have a season and also in winter time the eternal city is a dramatic backdrop for a dream wedding in Italy. It was an intimate and stylish civil wedding in Villa Lais, the most suggestive wedding hall in Rome. Villa Lais was historically a farmhouse converted in the XVIII Century in an elegant villa with a peculiar semicircular family Chapel. The ceremony was very private and touching, enlightened by the happiness and joy of Tracey and Billy-Joe. After the marriage the spouses didn't miss the opportunity for a fabulous wedding photo shooting in the most exciting Rome attractions. It was almost twilight and Daniele, the photographer, was able to capture the magic of the most romantic moment of the day in an extraordinary and effective way. You can judge yourself from the photos below shot at the Coliseum, near Campidoglio hill and at Trevi fountain. The delicious wedding dinner was arranged at Hotel Hassler, one of the most exclusive hotels in Rome. This luxury hotel is located in Rome city center just above the Spanish Steps and it is one of the few luxury hotels in Rome with a roof-top terrace overlooking the town. |
"Hi Marco, Thought you might like to know our wedding in Rome made front page news here in Australia!! Much to Billy's distaste (he is not really one for the limelight). I sent our photos in for the wedding section in the paper and one of the journalists ended up taking it on as a story and it made front page! We must have been newsworthy!! But the photos were amazing so I think that may have contributed. Please feel free to provide our positive testimony to Romeo and Juliet and I am happy to talk to any other couples thinking of using you for their wedding. Talk soon, ********************* Hi Marco, We are both back at work this week and we are definitely wishing we were back in Rome as it is nearly 40 degrees here in Australia. We enjoyed the wedding thoroughly: Ely was great and Hotel Hassler was second to none. Musicians, Villa Lais and Vehicles were all great. I can't wait to see the photos from Daniele - he was excellent also. He was fun and was very intent on getting great shots which was all we could ask for. Talk soon,
