This gorgeous couple from England fell in love with Lake Orta during a trip to Italy and it was immediately clear that Orta San Giulio would have been the backdrop for their romantic and stylish Big Day.

Civil wedding Lake Orta are celebrated in the historical Villa Bossi, an elegant 17th century Villa with an elegant garden by the lake. This venue is really suggestive and it is one of the few venues in the Italian Lake District where the bride can reach the wedding hall by boat! An ideal location for a sophisticated Lake Orta wedding.

Firstly we would like to thank Massimo and Marco for their fantastic support throughout the whole process, from choosing a location to coordinating the legal paperwork.
The preparation was thorough, accurate and superbly coordinated with all suppliers. We talked on the phone and on email frequently.......very frequently in the weeks leading up to the wedding! You helped us make difficult decisions and you were very patient with our every request.

Everything ran smoothly on the wedding day, from the hairdresser to the flowers arriving at the venue.
We had a small intimate wedding Lake Orta with close family and friends. Some had driven through Switzerland and others came from as far as America.
The day was everything we hoped for and more, Marco was calm and reassuring and helped settle any last minute nerves.
The ceremony was perfect. The venue looked great and we even read our own vows which made it really special. I arrived by boat and after the ceremony and photographs we took our guests on a boat trip to St Julius Island.
Bride and groom then took a separate boat onto our reception venue, where our guests greeted us with prosseco as we arrived in the sunset.

The food and atmosphere was perfect at the wedding venue, and I would highly recommend the venue......our guests still remark to our wedding as "the most romantic, intimate and sophisticated wedding" they have been to, and every guest was overwhelmed by the beauty of Lake Orta.
Can wait to go back and celebrate our anniversary! :
