The villa is located in Alta Valdera; the estate is 198 hectares large mainly cultivated with vineyards and olives groves which stretch radiallly on the hill dominated by the villa.

The road to the villa offers a wonderful view, winds uphill between vineyards and olive trees, under the guard of a secular oak trees listed among the monumental trees of Italy, to reach the top of the hill, surrounded by a dense forest of oaks, the center of which are the historical cellars, the villa, the castle and the garden with swimming pool.

Wedding receptions are held either outdoor near the pool or under the shade of the tall holm-oaks; depending on weather condition the limonaia hall with large window is a fantastic back-up solution.

The Villa and the parish church, looks Volterra and the sea, surrounded by the park and the Sangiovese vineyards.

The villa offers 4 large rooms elegantly furnished in Tuscan style for those wishing to enjoy the class, the relaxation and the comfort of this historical mansion.

The use of the park and the large mosaic pool with Jacuzzi is complimentary for the guests of the villa.

The villa can be rent as a whole (1 week minimum stay) or for single room.

The farmhouse is immersed in the vineyards and it offers a traditional and warm comfort; the rooms are decorated in the warm nuances of ochre and land of clay.

The farmhouse is split in 3 apartments:

Apax 1 (2+1)

Located at the ground floor it consists of a living room, double room with a closet. kitchen, and a bathroom.

Apax 2 (4+1)

Located at the ground floor it consists of a living room with kitchenette , 2 double rooms with bathroom in common.

Apax 2 (8+2)

Located at the first floor It consists of 4 bedrooms with bathrooms and a living room with kitchenette with a brick fireplace.

A private swimming pool, a laundry and the patio are available for the guests.
