It was designed by Matteo Civitale a great architect and artist who was educated at the Court of Lorenzo de Medici in Florence, the most famous Renaissance's mecenate. The villa, in fact, follows the Renaissance main criterias such as the search of harmony with the study of proportions and prospective.

The North facade (where wedding cocktail are usually arranged) is the most interesting part, with the 5 arcs and 4 imposing stone pillars which are tall up to the second floor of the villa.
