Tasty appetizers rich of regional flavours, salami and prosciutto, delicious hand made pasta in any range of forms and shapes served with many different type of creamy sauces, fresh fish and seafood, tender meat, delicate or tasty cheeses, vegetable straight from the garden and fruit only just picked. And to complete the dinner a glorious wedding cake, coffee, cappuccino and amaro (liqueur). If you plan to go on a diet, come to Italy first. (You can always diet later.)
