This castle boasts a tradition rich in fantastic tales and legends! It is perfect if you wish a fairy-tale ceremony!

It dominates the whole valley and the view from there is simply breathtaking: green rolling hills, blue sky and an atmosphere of oldtimes.

The castle is a prototype for Palazzo Vecchio in Florence, built probably prior the 9th century. Thanks to frequent restorations over the centuries, the castle is very well preserved.

Its façade has two-mullioned windows, with a high tower rising above it at the center. It is surrounded by a defense wall with Guelf embattlements and a broad moat.

It boasts a lovely covered courtyard adorned by the coat-of-arms of Florentine Vicars which are an important collection of heraldry that has come down to us through the centuries nearly intact. But the masterpiece is the singular Turriani flight of stairs!

Civil ceremonies can be performed in this loving courtyard with the backdrop of a stairway of rare elegance supported  by a column that seems suspended in mid-air.
