Its long history dates back to the 16th century and sold to Cardinal Durini in 1787.
The cardinal’s sensibility for arts and letters, patron and collector, made this venue a place of delight. Interiors were enriched with frescoes of famous painters and the garden was enhanced with statues, fountains and pergolas.
After several changes of ownership, the villa was purchased in 2011 and completely restored combining precious materials, notable paintings and antique furnishings set against the backdrop of the original design.
